BIM is a working method that defines the generation process and the information about the unit during its life cycle. This information is created and managed in an intelligent and three-dimensional database, which is updated in real time with each change made in the project.

What is BIM for?

The BIM models not only contain architectural data but also all the internal information of the building, including all the engineering data such as the load structures, the conduits and pipes of the systems and even the sustainability information, allowing us to perform simulations of the characteristics of the building in advance.

The 7D of BIM

We work with the 7D of BIM:

3D: An integrated virtual modeling that allows automated tracking of changes.

4D: With the times of procurement, manufacturing and installation a dynamic schedule linked to the 3D design is generated.

5D: Linking the prices of the components and labor cost generates an accurate estimate. Any change made to the project will be automatically updated in the estimate.

6D: Through our platform in the cloud a management report is created, with real indicators fed by those involved in the execution of the project.

7D: We provide an Operation and Maintenance plan for the installed system, in a virtual manual.
